As a Deputy director of Yerevan State University, i welcomed
your interest in our MBA Programme and I share the management
development process with us. |
| In anticipating your application
to join our MBA Programme, i want to move some what ahead and
envision you as a programme participant, sharing with us the
skills and experiences which you will undoubtedly bring to the
programme. |
| In doing so you will use
the range of expertise and skills which you already have to
complement the knowledge management techniques and professionalism
that you will acquire in being on your programme. The combination
of these will naturally lead you to question many long-cherished
assumptions not only about work itself but also about other
facets of human endeavour. |
| It is right that you should
be inquisitive and question that which you do not fully understand
which in the process, would lead you to change some of your
previously held perceptions. Be prepared to change for such
change will better enable you to manage change in yourself and
with our team to become more effectieve managers of all resources
- both human and physical. |
| In the process, your own
knowledge and experience will also enourage us to change in
an enduring cyclical or iterative way. |
